A learner can't log in

If your learner has forgotten their password, they should visit the Forgot Password page. It's vital that they enter the exact same email address as the one they normally use to access iDEA. If they cannot find an email with the password reset link, please ask them to check their spam or junk.

If your learner has forgotten their email address, try using the Forgot Password page to see if iDEA recognises any of their potential email addresses. 

Often our learners misspell their email address or password, so please remind them to be extra careful! If they can successfully log in with a misspelt email address, they can correct it using the Edit Profile page.

If they are still stuck, please contact iDEA, the more information you can give the iDEA team about the learners' account, the better!
