I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by clicking on Forgot Password? at the point of sign in.

It's important that the email address entered here is the same as the email address used to access iDEA. If you do not receive an email with a replacement password, please check your spam or junk mail as sometimes messages can end up there.

If you have added an Organiser Code to your account and you're using iDEA at a school or college, you can ask your teacher to help you reset your password.
