I can't log in

If you have forgotten your password, you should visit the Forgot Password page. Make sure to enter the exact same email address as the one you use to access iDEA. If you cannot find an email with a password reset link, please check your spam or junk mail.

If you have forgotten your email address, try using the Forgot Password page to see if iDEA recognises any of your potential email addresses. 

Often our learners misspell their email address or password, so please be extra careful! If you successfully log in with a misspelt email address, remember to correct it using the Edit Profile page.
